Attempted run 1 of week 7 this morning after a week or so out unwell. looks like it might have been a bit early for a return - the mind and body were weak! I knew it was going awry when the music I normally run to was just clean hacking me off. I picked a tune to settle me but it came to no avail. So I stopped after only 9 minutes.
I need to decide if I'm going to give it another go tomorrow morning before work (totally possible) or wait until Sunday. The important thing is to set my mind to it.
For now, am going to take advantage of the fact I have a day off from work and go back to bed for a much needed extra sleep.
