So far, so good....

OK - so I've been at this for a little over 3 weeks, and I'm on Week 4 - I play Squash so have a reasonable level of fitness so I missed the 2 final runs in week 1 and moved straight to week 2.

To be honest, because of the injury I got the last time I tried C25K, I've been doing most of my sessions on the treadmill at the gym - I don't doubt I will get to the point where I venture outdoors, but I need to build the confidence that my ankle is strong enough first - I'm getting there.

I've done the first of 3 runs for Week 4, and I'm planning on the 2nd run today....none of this is at any great pace, just a nice gentle jog, building myself up gradually...I got an email from the running club I joined previously inviting people back to the Beginners Group on a Saturday morning, so I may be tempted over the coming weeks, particularly now the weather looks to have taken a turn for the better.

Anyway, the report so far is "Enjoying it. Feeling good. Patient and a little anxious, but doing OK"

Oh, and I've lost 6lbs in 3 weeks.....get in !!

Cheers all

Adam
