A BIG gap - but it seemed to be ok

Had a BIG gap between W2R1 and W2R2. I had far too much work on and before I knew it 9 days had passed...

On Saturday I finally had time for a run, and I couldn't bear the thought of going back to week 1, so I carried on and did week 2 again. It was quite hard work, but I did manage it, so I'm going to do it again in a minute.

I really would like to get to the end of this programme, although I can't look too far ahead or I'll feel like I'll never make it...
