Today I began Week 3. It was great! Running for 3 minutes felt like a challenge, but was just right. Taking a day off between outings is very important. I can't believe that 6 weeks ago I said my running days were over and I wasn't sure I could even walk a mile in 20 minutes. Still love this plan!
