Slightly off topic, but I really like the song We are Young by Fun. It came out as I started C25K at the end of April and its a bit anthemic. I picture myself running through the whole programme and bursting through the finishing line with my arms aloft at the end of the song!

Strangely even though this is definitely my running theme tune, I dont have it on my ipod! Iam usually driving when it comes on the radio and I imagine my glorious finale from the comfort of my car!!

That's on my mix too (posted a list in an earlier blog). It has a good beat for sure. I also have Pumped Up Kicks by Foster the People which has a similarly good beat to run to

I really like that Pruit Igoe (Philip Glass instrumental) mentioned in the article...there is about a 3 minute warm up then it takes off. Nice.....
