I feel much better, I am going to attempt a run this evening. I finished W3 and have had 4 days off - Do I just head to W4 or would a W3 run benefit me first?

good to hear you're up and about again. It sounds as if you can just carry on where you left off, since 4 days isn't very long to lose condition. Go for it and enjoy your running
Iam sure you will be ok with W4. Glad to see that you are better and that your get up and go hasn't got up and gone
I have 4 days off quite regularly - never been a problem apart from delaying everything...
Sounds good Waiting on other half to get home so I can get out! the extra few minutes of running scare me... but hey ho, so does running for 30 mins!
