Have had a 3 days rest due to a bit of a sore left knee so Week 9 Run 1 has been delayed slightly. The last 3 runs I have done have been easy and enjoyable but tonights run was a lot harder - ups and downs I suppose.

I had to rest for a week due to sore knees before starting week 9, i think you will find the next two easier, good luck and enjoy your graduation run
