Just to let you all know, I'm still running 3x per week..still just doing the 30mins of running each time and loving it!! I'm not planning to increase the distance or train for any coming events. I just throughly enjoy the 3 runs each week!! this time last year I would have laughed in the face of anyone who would have told me I would soon be running like I am today. I dont want to lose this level of fitness that I have now...so I'm gonna keep running!!!!
