After following this for 9 1/2 weeks I was hoping to get that marvellous feeling of achievement when I completed W9R3. I know Ive done well and Im pleased with myself-but I suppose I thought I would have a magic smiley moment like the 20mins run (what a feeling!) or when Laura tells you you are a runner (although still waiting to be invited to olympics) or my forrest gump moment when I did 5k. Maybe its because I just had a normal run for the last run. Im still motivated and will go out tonight or tomorrow, have registered details for park run and waiting for the B210K program to start.

The theme is playing right here, and all of us are cheering you. Congratulations on your graduation run and maybe when you see Graduate next to your name that feeling will kick in. let us know how the park run went.

Congratulations and well done! It really is a great acheivement. I do think that there should be a special podcast for W9R3 with trumpet fanfare etc at the end! Never mind I'm out here waving flags and cheering!
