running tunes

hi all . anybody recommend any music tunes or albums to listen to.

if you go into itunes (or similar) and look for "running music" then there is a wealth of choice - it's often "mainstream" music with a beat behind it - I go for 80's and 90's cheese myself - makes me smile - but there is something for everyone out there!

I nearly always listen to 80's compilation albums.

I make my own playlists on i tunes because I can choose how long to to make the playlist in term of times. Have a few at 35 mins and increasing 2 of them to 40 mins.

My music is from dance CD's my 14 year old nephew gives me!! I am 52.

jog.fm has loads of music grouped by beats per minute/your running speed - very useful for inspiration.
