W2 put to bed at last

finally managed to put W2 behind me .Its taken me two weeks and four runs to do it . I had started it early last week but had a family berevement over the weekend so it did two more runs at W2 this week. Iam dreading W3. Dont think I could run for 3mins!

You can certainly do wk 3. Three minutes gives you time to get into a rhythm and begin got feel your body adapt to running. Keep it slow and steady and it will calm your mind too. It's probably got a lot on, dealing with family bereavement, so we'll keep a good thought for you.
