W2R2 ups and downs

well after painful knee and legs, weekend away and chest infection i got back to it, did W1 again, then W2R1 was all going well. Did W2R2 first half was hard ( as lane i run on goes up hill) but second half i was flying, big grin on my face. was still a way from home at the end and was going to be late for work so decided on a very slow jog home, (about 5 mins) again very pleased with myself. but now both knees and shins hurt so much. 2 and a half days since my last run. I bought some special running insoles to help but dont think they did from the pain:(. Whinge over off to bed
