Yep, overweight and fifty but week 6 run 3 is in the bag!!

And I thought it seemed easier than run 2 with it's breather in the middle. It had a bit of a hill in the middle and at the end, but that means that in between is a nice decline. Hubby is on week 5 so we spent the time crossing each other but pressure is on for him coming up to the big 20 minutes. He is a bit apprehensive but has slowed down a bit and should crack it!

I am chuffed to bits that I did it! And that's after a busy Fridayand Saturday with a 700 mile round trip to collect daughter from uni and clean the flippin' student house!

juliebee, that's brilliant! Well done. I'm at the same stage as you - and also found it better than run2 of wk6. Well done for being so determined to fit it in as well despite your weekend being rammed! Bring on wk 7...
