I walked the Race for Life this year and have set myself a challenge to jog it next year. Was chatting to a friend last night and she has just stated this plan and so I took a peek and was so impressed and I could not think of a reason "why not?" So this morning I was not dashing into work and I donned my sports bra and trainers (and some other clothes) and set off. Did not quite manage all the 8 runs but was actually surprised I did as much as I did .... Roll on Thurs and Session 2!! This time will be in the evening rather than the morning ,,, but NO excuses!!
