I was elated when I completed Week 5 Run 3. Last week was a bit of a nightmare with lots of after school activities and meetings so didn't get out for my run when I had planned. Friday morning I did Week 6 Run 1 and it was amazingly easy seeing that I had 4 days rest. However today Sunday did Week 6 Run 2 and it was hard work, mentally as well as physically. Pleased I didn't give up but wondering whether I am able to do Week 6 Run 3 - I have a day of positive thinking to convince myself.

You will by the time you get there and you get to 20 Laura says you only have 5 minutes to go,and you know you can do that. Just go a bit slower if need be but its great when you get to the end and she tells you your a runner worth finishing for.
