Running in Kenya - what happens without podcasts!

I haven't followed the podcasts for a week but instead went running with a friend who is a "real" runner. Found it much more difficult than listening to Laura! We were out for 40 mins, and I think I ran for 20 of them, but with lots of walking in between. I think the pace, the rough ground and the uphill bits were all part of the problem. Oh well, back to Week 6 run 2 which I re-completed today without problem. It is getting quite cold here which helps.

Really sorry about the above - cat intervention. Sounds like a wonderful place to run. I thought it was exotic today when I saw a heron!

That must be fun to run in totally different places....it's great that you are keeping up with your running even though traveling can be so disruptive of a schedule.

Enjoy!

Obviouslly the cat wanted to chase the bird! I live and work here, so not a holiday, but yes, lots of fun places to run but not too many are flat or smooth! Grandmadog - which week are you on?
