Needed to get some energy out of me today, so decided to just go on a run and stop when I wanted to - I did 20 minutes and could easily have done more! I actually kept a pretty decent speed for most of it, and sprinted a bit at the end.
It's fascinating how C25K has really built up my stamina in 3 weeks - I honestly love running now! Going to keep this extra run I think, and build it up an extra 5 minutes a week.
