Today is the last day of our holiday at Buchau in the Austrian Tyrol. Tomorrow morning, before we finish packing, I am going to do W6R3. At least, I hope I am. This afternoon my husband decided it would be nice to go for a walk to the waterfalls. We set off in the general direction of up. I have to say that I'm not great at gradients. I have naturally tight calves so going up isn't a lot of fun and my knees aren't keen on the downhill bits. Still, we got up and saw Dalfazer Wasserfall and then came down via Buchauer Wasserfall. The former was more impressive than the latter. As I was puffing and panting on the way up I reflected on what a good job it was that I had been improving my general fitness over the C25K programme. I'm hoping that this exertion (not running) will help with my run tomorrow. I'll let you know!
