Try and enjoy your one more weeks rest, cos when you get back there is no rest it's all the way to graduation. A week will pass quickly. As I keep telling people, life is a marathon not a sprint.
I am in the same place as you at the moment my knees gave in half way through week 2, I have now missed a week and really want to get back to it as i was actually enjoying it! Much to my surprise. I keep thinking that I will try to go out, but still in pain. So I have given myself another week before I start again with a couple of week 2 runs. The new running shoes are by the door ready and waiting!
We will both get there it may just take us a week or two longer, but we won't give up.
