Just getting over a stinking cold where my nose was running faster than me.
Keen to get out to try w7r2 but not sure if my body is really up to it yet. Don't want to set myself back but don't want to get out of running routine already missed one week.
What to do? Shall I try it or ......................................
Well update.... I RAN ... completed the run with no stopping only a little coughing. Weird it has made me feel a lot better. Was definetly worth getting out there. Hopefully that's me back on track.
Now lots of calf stretches and a nice cool shower, then garden here I come.
