after almost 3 week. I'm back to running,went back to w3 r1 this is only one week back. I really should be starting wk6 r1 but after wk4 r1 i had to stop.
today was first run and it was not to bad, at the end i ran the 5 min cool down to see if i could do it.Then i did the cool down.The 5 min was hard but i think i will do it at the end for the other 2 runs,then wk4 might not be so hard.
