stopped going round and round and round!!

Hi everyone thought I'd update you on my process, as I stated in previous blog I've been running round the local football pitch (only place I could find that was flat!!) have now been running (if you can call it that) on a walking/cycling track ............worried how I'd do without going in circles but I was fine ....tomorrow W8R3 can't believe it 28mins and still here after 8 weeks, all I can say is if I can do it anyone can and its all thanks to the motivation I've got from all your blogs...........next week is the big one, I'll keep you all informed how I get on......................watch this space!!
