Well guys and girls, did my second run from graduation last night, it was a little harder to motivate myself, think it was down to finishing work, then straight out on my run. Anyway, kept to my 40 min increase, and cannot believe how quick I did my route last night. I had my tracks planned out and I was finished before my playlist ended. So I'm still feeling strong, gonna keep my progression going, I'm easy doing 4.5 mile right now, can I keep this up in Portugal next week? Not sure where my graduation badge is

I'm going to Portugal next week too! I'm taking my trainers with me, you should as well No reason to stop just because you're in a different country. Well done it sounds like you're doing really well, 4.5miles is over 7k and only 2nd run after graduation, brilliant!

Yeah I have sent him a msg, twice. Cannot wait for my hols like, roll on sunday, and i will be pounding the resort where i am staying. I aint giving this running for no one, just hope i don't put the 2st I have lost back on since I have been running.
