Last night I turned to the treadmill for my graduation run. It was easier than road running, but boy did it feel long!!
I've now joined my local running club to keep motivated and try different runs. Hopefully I'll get to the 5K if I stick to my 3 runs a week.
Thanks everyone for your advice and encouragement over the last 9 weeks.
