just done my wk3 2nd run on treadmill brisk walk at 3.1 then 4.2 jog/run. 3 minutes seem so long but so pleased with my self i did not stop and kept going til she said well done . its amazing how you feel at the end of it.i know 2 years ago i doubt i would of kept up as lost 5stone 8ib so far. last run on friday then will go for a nice swim. ;)

Me too, I did that run today. That last minute goes on forever, doesn't it? But we did it . I can't believe this is me doing it all. Good luck on Friday. I can't wait to get on with it.

I think every week will be the tester but somehow it turns out manageable. Still, hard to imagine 5 minutes (and then 20 at the end of the following week!!Ha ha!!) Time to get some rest I think.
