Hello, completed week one with no problems but on the first run of week two I had pain on my shin afterwards, i have heard of shin splints before...Not posted anything here yet but thought I would to get some advice on how to tackle this problem? Not that it's going to stop me! No pain no gain'n all that. Thanks

Oh, be careful about running through pain - you dont want to worsen an injury.
The usual advice when you start a programme like this is to have your gait analysed at a running shop and make sure you get appropriate trainers for your gait.
