I am so proud of myself today! After been so scared and worried about starting this I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed it! So day 2 I am really looking forward to!

Well done debs1664! Taking the first step (or steps) is the hardest part. There may be ups and downs over the next number of weeks but stick with it - it really is so do-able! Happy running!
