I'm quite curious to hear what time the early morning runners get to bed at when they are getting up at 5am/6am.
Do you get a good nights sleep or sacrifice a hour or so that day to fit your run in?

I tend to go between 10 / 10.30 on week nights
About 10.30 to 11pm. I tend to get up to run about 5.30am/6.00am. I'm lucky that I only work 2 nights a week. So on the days I'm up early to run I can have an hours catnap whilst the kids are at school.
I go 10.30-11.00 if I'm out jogging the next morning which is anything between 6.00 - 7.00 in the summer months, different storey altogether in the winter time.
I don't often run in the mornings but I generally go to bed about 10-10.30 because im pooped and since starting this program I also need to sleep much less so I wake between 5.30 and 6 every single day!!
Anytime between 10.30 and midnight, then up at 6. I have found since losing weight and exercising more I seem to need less slepp, though I might treat myself to an a little snoozle as I'm trapped in the house today (the joys of living in Epsom on Derby Day)
Usually between 10 and 11 weeknights. I was so excited to get a lie in this morning but I woke up naturally at 6am, damn it!
