So I hit the wall tonight...

And literally thats what i did. Many times when running I've pushed past the 16/17 minute barrier and been home and hosed and could run for what seems like hours... so I'm very familiar with the term.

But i was at Tae Kwon Do tonight and was punching this guy. He moved but the brick wall behind him didn't... hence I 'hit the wall'. Not much pain but some bloody knuckles etc and all I could think was 'thank goodness it wasn't my feet or i wouldn't be running this weekend'!

I am hooked on this running caper for sure!
