About to head off on run one of week 5... Wish me luck! Feel like this first run for the week should be okay after last weeks training, with just a small jump to 3 x 5min runs.
..... Am already starting to worry about run 3 and its 20 min run, though! Lol...

Good luck with Week 5. Tust the programme and yourself and you'll get through w5,r3 and feel an amazing sense of achievement. If I can do it, anyone can!!
You can do it..have faith in the programme! I worried about nearly all of the weeks if i remember..and always found that I was worrying about nothing..it's not easy of course it's hard work..but it is certainly achieveable..trust Laura!!
Thanks guys. Unfortunately I haven't been able to run since this post ask had BaD shin splints and possible stress fracture so forced to rest. Have just today been out and repeated W5R1 and feel great!
