Part 3 - heavy legs

So went out for a run along the Largs promenade (seemed a shame not to with such beautiful weather).

My legs were like lead from beginning to end...

The sole of my foot was agony (like being over stretched)

I felt like I was running like an aging monkey....

AHHHHHHHHHHH

Had the same problem too and posted about this earlier in the week. One person mentioned dehydration, so when I went out on friday made sure I drank loads and the lead legs were gone. Got 5k race for life tomorrow in 26 degree heat, so will need plenty of fluids then!

I know Largs very well spent almost every summer holiday there as I child. It one of my favourite places in scotland.
