Woud love to know how many graduates there are in total.

And it would be nice to publish how many each month join the graduate group

first time round with C25K it took me nine weeks, I graduated in June 2011. Doing C25K second time round I have just finished week 5 and hope to graduate after week 9 - providing no injuries or illnesses

Currently says there are 135 graduates :)

Click on Directory (from the menu bar at the top) then click on Graduates (from the menu towards the right hand side of the page)

Has a list there of everyone who's graduated.

I've done C25K twice, finished my first time in Dec 2011. Didn't know about this site then though - duh!! Although I did post on the main NHS site under the name of Little Betty.

I graduated TODAY for the second time. It took me 9 weeks this time.

Hi Burstcouch if your running first thing try drinking a little extra this evening, water, juice or tea. That will start the hydration off. Then before you go running down another couple of glasses of water. You won't need the loo cos your body will use the fluids and you will be home long before you need to go.

I posted a question earlier about how much I drink in hot weather, its quite amazing when you count it up.
