Just wanting to tick off the runs as i redo c25k, is there a document to printout anywhere?

There's a table of the programme at the bottom of this page: coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_... Note that week 6 run 3 is 25 minutes in the NHS programme though, and not 22 minutes like on the table. And where runs finish on a walk on the table, on the NHS programme, it just ends with the run and the 5 minute warm-down is your walk. Still works though! I think the 22 minute one is a mistake, as when you get to week 7, Laura announces that you are about to run 25 minutes for the first time, when actually the last run was 25 minutes too!

Make one up yourself on a spreadsheet if you have Microsoft Excel or similar.
