I got to the end of week 3 before going on hols & had decided to repeat it while we were away, but only managed on feeble "run" last week. So went back out tonight & did another week 3 & it really wasn't as bad as I thought, so Tuesday (i can't run Monday as it clashes with Fat Fighters) I'll start week 4! 5 whole mins of running, eeek!!!
