Do I repeat week 6 or keep battling on with week 7.

I get to 20 min's and then find it hard to keep going to the 25 mins or I get to around 10 min's then feel I have to walk. I have managed the full 25min's twice but seem to have a mental block with the thought of doing it all the time.

Yippy yarhooo....... just given myself a good talking to and looked back at all your good advice and decided just to take myself on a slow jog with my own music. and guess what I managed 28min's and really enjoyed it so all is not lost. :)

yes, i found putting my own upbeat music on really helps you get through it. you can almost jig along to the music and the time passes.

Good for you for sticking at it.

When I struggle I slow down to just faster than walking. Everyone has bad days.

Agreed I'm about to complete the third run in week 7 and have found it hard! The first run was better than the second and I had donated blood the day before run2 so I'm blaming that! On with run3
