.....for tonights run. Going out with the running club later (8pm start) and it's just started raining! Whilst I don't mind running in the rain not so sure how much I'll like hanging around to get started (nowhere to shelter!)
Also, my legs have only just stopped hurting from Saturday so kind of dreading how achey they will be tomorrow if last Tuesday's session is anything to go by.
Will let you know how I get on later....Hope it's not tooooo muddy!

So glad I went even though the run (walk) was tougher this week...not sure of exact distance as forgot to turn the garmin on right at the start but what I did record was 7.16k in 1 hour 6 mins and lots of mud!!!
Now to decide best way to clean trainers....are they ok to go in washing machine?
I put mine in the washer last week on a low temperature quick wash (without adding softener) and they came out ok. I think an occasional wash would be ok.
wasn't all running but felt did OK. have to say i'm loving it and even spoke to more people last night and found out their names! challenge is to remember them for next week
