It's taken me a bit longer than 9 weeks, but I didn't think I would get this far went swimming yesterday on rest day, knee really aching today so have extra rest day, but look out mon and Wednesday I will have graduated woop, woop. In advance this site is amazing and you are all inspirational to anyone thinking about doing couch to 5k go for it. Xx
