Week 9... bring it on!!

Finished week 8 yesterday. In fact I kicked its ass as I ran a whole 5k (36 min 30 sec). So proud of myself I could burst :)

Week 9 can just bring it on. Week 9 you don't scare me any more. Gone are the days when I was intimidated by a non-stop 30 minute run. You're going down like week 8 went down.

I can't believe I can run this far or for so long. I struggled with running 90 seconds 2 months ago. Anyone doubting they can do it forget those feelings. You can do it cus I can do it!
