Doing the race for life 5k on Weston-super-Mare beach tomorrow morning and it will also be my graduation run. I have not actually run 5k yet but hope the vibe on the day can carry me through. I know I can run for 30 mins albeit slow but reckon at my current pace it should take 50 mins. I just hope I can do it!

Best of luck. Don't try and go too fast just go your usual pace.

You will do fine! You might not get to run at the start if there are lots of folk there but before you know it you will have done the 5k, the crowd will boost you, you have nothing to worry about. Enjoy!

Thanks so much for your encouraging comments. I will post again tomorrow after the run ( when I have recovered) and let you know how it went :)
