Hey today CathCakes wrote about being stuck running 30 minutes, just the same as me , I find I can run for 30 minutes and then POW! gotta stop.....RUBBISH!, So, she said she tried running for 40 minutes and did it, so I am going to copy her today and do it too in the drizzle :)

Oh bugger, now what if I fail, do I fib and tell you I did it?! ;)
