What plan do I do after I graduate?

I've just finished wk 6 and am now starting to wonder what I should do to stay on track (pun intended) when I graduate. I'm continually gobsmacked every time I manage to run and really want to continue this new found strength (it's improving my rowing no end which is why I started it in the first place). I don't own a SmartPhone so apps won't work but if I don't have something on my iPod I fear it'll all fall apart. Thanks, Poppy
