i finallly completed run 3 of week 6 last week (after taking time out for an injury) when laura said at the end of the pod cast "you are now a real runner" i felt my eyes fill up with tears, really had to try to bite back the tears, i was SO emotional, can not even begin to imagine how i am going to cope with graduating! It's such an achievment -considering 9 weeks ago i could hardly climb my stairs without being left breathless

Isn't it a great feeling when you hear that? I'm sure you are not a softy, I think its a phrase that can make grown mean cry (or at least screw up their face a bit)

I did exactly the same thing, fortunately it was raining so I got away with it! For various reasons I am repeating W6 and have R3 for the second time tomorrow, I'm hoping to get through without the tears this time
