Despite the rain and wind, I have just got back from an exhilirating run along the seafront here in 'sunny!!??' Eastbourne. Definitely seemed a little easier than the first run - partly because i knew what to expect and partly because my 15 year old daughter (and type1 diabetic) joined me.
One discovery though - I need to get something warmer and more waterproof to run in.
Run 3 on Friday.

I was teaching in Eastbourne yesterday and it was pretty wet and miserable, so well done for running in it! I was only just about brave enough to run from the car to the school!!
It's lovely to hear that your daughter joined you! Good luck for run 3 and lets hope the weather will be a little kinder.
