well i started week 2 today and was so happy when i didn't find it as difficult as i thought. i didn't find it very easy but easier than i thought i would. I feel so much better in myself running. Still running very slow but can get throught the session. Amfeeling very good about myself at the moment, feeling more positive.

Congratulations on starting week 2. It is great to be hitting your stride and feeling more confident. Keep it up and soon you will be at 5k.

Well done for getting to week 2. I run really slowly, but I get through the sessions and then I feel like I've really achieved something. I'm on week 3 and I must get out of my PJs and get ready to go for a run soon! I always find it hard to get going, but I'm so pleased with myself afterwards. Keep it up, it really works.

Well done! What I tell myself is that even a slow run is better than being on the sofa!
