A beautiful, cool but sunny morning today was just perfect for my first run back in the UK :-)

I managed the 30 minutes - am still doing the week 9 podcast and will probably alternate it with the pilot one I tried a few weeks ago until I feel more confident. The aim is to run a little further each time, as I'd really like to do the race for life in July if I can.

My husband still has knee problems despite a few week's break, so I think he's considering power walking now.

Enjoy the sunshine everyone - I brought it back from Australia especially :-)
