3.71k so not my PB ( I'll take Fridays run for that ) but my third 30 mins run of week 9
If I hadn't had to deal with a full on head wind I might have made it over the 4k but I'm not overly bothered I can tackle that in the coming week
I run I actually run
I have more I'd like to say to some lovely people here but I don't have time at the moment - more boxes to shift to my new place - I'll pop back on later

He he he I may have 'yeah'd'... Lol move is driving me potty, so much to do and no carpets at the new place yet... Furniture goes on tue, panic carpet laying team tomorrow!
Congratulations Bxster. I've enjoyed reading the ups and downs of your journey. I think you might have been the first one that I came across running while away from home which was really inspiring. I've just been in Wales for a few days and did this morning's run along the golden sandy beach of StBrides Bay in glorious sunshine. I'm back home now, raining outside but just as well as I'm catching up on all the graduations over the last four days. Really well done and hope the move goes fine.
