great upbeat blogs on here this morning, loads of people are doing so well. Yesterday I wimped out because it was raining, felt guilty this morning so went out and got the job done. I seem to be slogging through at the moment, hoping for a runners high soon! tomorrow week eight will begin

Well done for getting so far, week 8, so close!

Great job on completing W7, you'll be graduating and getting the shiny badge in no time.

Funny how missing a run makes us feel guilty...is that the start of an obsession? Has Laura edited in some subliminal messages to get us addicted? lol

must ... run ... must ... run ... must ...

I like that one, I can use that as a mantra keeping time with my feed in the last couple of minutes of the run when I am almost flaking out, I have been repeating "faster, fitter, thinner" to myself but I like "must run must run"

I've been finding Week 7 tough too, dunno why, just feels different and not in a good way - although my last run I did almost black out on the way back to the car. That said, I am sure there is truth in what Laura says, this is as much mental as physical and we're back to 3x the same run, so perhaps that's parly it? Like you I am starting to focus on graduating - when the secret of my success so far has been one run at a time.
