Woo hoo! I just completed the 20 minute run. I planned my route so that it was mostly downhill and seriously miscalculated since I ended up doing the last 3.5 minutes uphill (ug!) BUT I didn't give up. I kept thinking of all the posts i've read on here and knew I had to keep going. Around the 15 minute mark I was thinking of what I would write myself! Thank you all for your support! This is a community that really understands what each other is going through. Thanks!

Well done! I did the 20 minutes yesterday - it was quite tough, but I think that once you get past that mental barrier and run for over 5 minutes, the rhythm comes, and you feel like you could carry on. Good luck with week 6!!
