well dispite the rain and hail i have finished week 7 yah! It was okay for the first half felt easier than last one, 2nd half i struggled. Have shinny new trainers (not anymore obviously!) brought after gait analysis, they are a lot lighter than my old ones cause there proper running shoes i noticed my calfs become really heavy and hard to move, is that cause im using muscles i havent used before? I also noticed a little rubbing on my inner right heel, this was where the guy said my anke was leaning, so does the rubbing mean the trainers are trying to support it? If that makes any sense?
