Week 3, feeling ok!

Hello!

I was dreading week 3 after having a bad run in week 2, and was amazed that it actually felt great! I know it's only (!) 3 minutes but feel so good for doing it!

Been sooo lazy for years and it's amazing how quickly you begin to feel fitter!

I love this c25k! Think I may need new trainers .... Any excuse for a bit of retail therapy!
